National Exercise Day is April 18th, but here at Parsons Presbyterian Manor our residents are always looking for ways to stay active.

If you’d like to put some more pep in your step, here are some tips from our friends at Aegis:

1. Consistency

• Scheduled exercise at the same time of day creates habit and rhythm.

2. Progress

• Tracking your progress can compare where you started to areas of improvement and can also reveal areas to focus on.

3. Friends

• Find a friend or group of friends to exercise together, keeping each other honest to stick to the program!
