Sloan's Spot: Fall Favorites

The crisp air rolls in, and I am more than thrilled. Fall is easily my favorite season. Often people say, “Fall is about to just show us just how beautiful it is to let things go.” I see it and hear it very frequently during this time of year. I think it is important for us to remember it is okay to let things go, but we must be on board for the change, too.

My little guy is officially one year old, and I can’t wait to start all the “new” beautiful things with him this fall season. We are going to hit the pumpkin patches, paint on a pumpkin, hay rack ride, fall into a pile of leaves, and many more days filled with fall favorites.

Times have changed for me, when it comes to the “opening” season of all the holidays. When I say changed, I mean for the best in every way. I can’t wait to watch “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” with Sutton this year. Fall is a favorite of mine for many reasons but sharing it with him is by far my favorite thing of all.

Try your best this fall season to be okay with things altering in your life and always know there is something coming your way, better than you expected. Happy Fall Y’all!!
