Crystal Packard

Executive Director
Crystal began her career in social work which included being a social worker with Parsons Presbyterian Manor from 2005-2006. She brings nearly 16 years of experience as an administrator and has served various senior living communities. Crystal has also held various board leadership positions supporting LeadingAge Kansas. Crystal has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Social Work from St. Louis University. She received her Administrator License in January 2007.

Natae Nash

Senior Living Sales Specialist
Natae joined Presbyterian Manor in November of 2021. She previously worked as an optical technician at Eye Care Associates as well as working as a branch manager for Lincare, as well as seven years as the admissions coordinator at Kindred Hospice. Natae volunteers with Meals on Wheels and for the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. She is also a member of Soroptimist International. Natae is Mom to three very active and amazing boys that keep her busy travelling all over the US from ball fields to wrestling tournaments. If ever finds herself with free time, she loves spending it with family and friends.

DeMarco Romine

Human Resource Manager
DeMarco joined our community in June 2023. He has experience in the Kansas Army National Guard and the Adjutant General Corps. DeMarco has Bachelor in Workforce Development with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Military Science. He’s been a member of the National Society of Leadership for four years. Outside work, he enjoys working out, cooking, and playing video games.

Ahlayna McPherson

Assisted Living Supervisor/Medical Records
Ahlayna joined Presbyterian Manor as an evening charge nurse in June 2023 and was later promoted to the Assisted Living Supervisor/Medical Records position. She's a certified LPN and has a experience in senior living as well as a home health nurse. She will graduate with her Associate Degree in general studies in December 2023. Outside work, Ahlayna keeps busy with her husband and daughter doing things outside. They also own a Kansas registered agrotourism attraction called "The Pumpkin Patch at Prior Creek Farms.

Babette Collins

Social Services Director
Babette joined Parsons Presbyterian Manor in March 2014. She is licensed social worker and has a bachelor of science in social work from Pittsburg State University. She has worked as a mental health case worker for children and as a permanency worker. She has one son and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Becky Nash

Life Enrichment Director
Becky joined Parsons Presbyterian Manor in September 2019. She previously worked at the Farm Talk newspaper for 40 years. She has completed coursework for life enrichment through We Care Online, an online health care career education program, and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. She’s active in the Parsons Elks Auxiliary and the Kansas Elks Hoop Shoot and is a member of the Foursquare Church.

Shelby Hugo

Director of Nursing
Shelby started at the community as the Assisted Living Director and stepped into the role of Director of Nursing as an interim first. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University and is ALS/BLS and CPR certified. She previously worked as a post/medical surgical, and COVID nurse. While at her previous job, Shelby won the "Star-Preceptor" award for helping LPN and RN students during their final stretch of nursing school. "I truly enjoy helping shape the minds of young nurses," she says. Outside work, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter and they never miss watching KC Chiefs football games.

Melissa Stephens

Administrative/Accounting Assistant
Melissa came to our community from the town of Erie where she was the city clerk for two years. Before that she worked at Neosho County Community College and was a medical records clerk at Labette Center for Mental Health for 10 years. Melissa has an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Management, and has level 2 certificates in Accounting and Management. Outside work, she likes to spend time with her husband of 23 years, their four children and four grandchildren and their dachshund, Gunner. And she also says she’s the biggest Chiefs fan ever!
