Crystal Packard

Executive Director
Crystal began her career in social work which included being a social worker with Parsons Presbyterian Manor from 2005-2006. She brings nearly 16 years of experience as an administrator and has served various senior living communities. Crystal has also held various board leadership positions supporting LeadingAge Kansas. Crystal has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Social Work from St. Louis University. She received her Administrator License in January 2007.

Natae Nash

Marketing and Admissions Counselor
Natae joined Presbyterian Manor in November of 2021. She previously worked as an optical technician at Eye Care Associates as well as working as a branch manager for Lincare, as well as seven years as the admissions coordinator at Kindred Hospice. Natae volunteers with Meals on Wheels and for the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. She is also a member of Soroptimist International. Natae is Mom to three very active and amazing boys that keep her busy travelling all over the US from ball fields to wrestling tournaments. If ever finds herself with free time, she loves spending it with family and friends.

Babette Collins

Social Services Director
Babette joined Parsons Presbyterian Manor in March 2014. She is licensed social worker and has a bachelor of science in social work from Pittsburg State University. She has worked as a mental health case worker for children and as a permanency worker. She has one son and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Becky Nash

Life Enrichment Director
Becky joined Parsons Presbyterian Manor in September 2019. She previously worked at the Farm Talk newspaper for 40 years. She has completed coursework for life enrichment through We Care Online, an online health care career education program, and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. She’s active in the Parsons Elks Auxiliary and the Kansas Elks Hoop Shoot and is a member of the Foursquare Church.

Nicohle Bushnell

Administrative Assistant
Nicohle joined Presbyterian Manor in August 2018. She previously worked for Neosho County Community College teaching the adult education (GED) classes for six years. She has a bachelor of science in family and consumer sciences in early childhood development and a minor in psychology from Pittsburg State University. She enjoys spending time with her two children and their two dogs.
