Our health services team is top-of-the-line. We have a dedicated skilled nursing team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide 24-hour nursing care. We also offer a variety of physical, occupational and speech therapies customized to individual care plans.

Yes. We are licensed to accept Medicaid-approved residents in long-term care.
We provide a hospital bed, linens and nightstand. Residents or their loved ones will need to provide clothes, personal items, décor and any additional furniture.
